Virginia is for Wine Lovers
We’ll explore wines from some of the best wineries in Virginia. Many of these local wines can be difficult to access at wine shops and restaurants, which is why Brett has gone straight to the source to build relationships with the wineries themselves. Learn about grapes like Petit Verdot, with its deep purple color, bursting with floral aromas and full bodied tannins, and Viognier, with complex aromas of stone fruit and tropical notes like orange blossoms and pineapple.
Wine for Two: Crushin’ on Sauvignon Blanc
Whether you are hanging with a friend or planning a date for that special someone, a wine class is the perfect addition to your time together. We’ll taste through bottles of Sauvignon Blanc from France to New Zealand, and experience the wide range of crisp and refreshing flavors, often with notes of citrus and stone fruit like white peach.
Wine & Cheese Mash Up
Wine and cheese pair beautifully together. Finding the perfect match can be magically delicious! We will discover the wines and cheeses that are better together. Taste through several different styles of soft yet full bodied Pinot Noirs that burst with red fruits, and learn why these wines pair so well with the nuttiness of an aged Gruyère cheese. Bon appétit!

From Spain to France and Israel to the US, taste delectable kosher wines from around the world. We will explore what makes wine kosher, the kosher wine making process, and discover whether kosher wine actually tastes different compared to other wine.
